Refund & Return Policy

You can return any full-priced item(s) within 14 days of the receiving date.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all items must be in original, unworn, and resalable condition. This means:

  • Tags are still attached

  • Items are in the original packaging

  • No signs of wear (makeup, deodorant marks, stains, or strong odours)

❗ Returns that don’t meet these requirements may be refused and sent back to you.

What We Offer

If the above requirements are met, we can facilitate the following:

  • Refund — for the full amount paid for the returned item(s)
    (Please note: duties, taxes, and original shipping charges are non-refundable).

  • Exchange — for an alternative size or style (subject to availability).
    If there is a price difference, we will contact you before processing the exchange.

Discounted Items

Orders placed using a discount code are only eligible for an exchange (not a refund).

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees or duties.

  • If we are able to facilitate your exchange, we’ll cover the shipping cost back to you.
